I final get that callous to go away and now I'm supposed to work on getting it back?
I agree ... that nostalgic return to our days of free creativity can be helpful. The only negative to pencils (and computers) is the ability to erase. It's too tempting at times to edit while writing. Ink tends to free this desire, but even then I see cross-outs and tiny writing above my sentences with little arrows pointing to where they belong.
